Tesla
Practice Manager
Tesla obtained her undergrad degree in molecular and cellular biology with a minor in finance from UNC Chapel Hill, and completed post-graduate studies in marketing and sales management. She has been with Feinstein 360 Orthodontics since our office opened, and loves being part of a team that is working to restore the patient experience to healthcare. She loves that there is no rushing at any point in our office and enjoys the relationships we build with our patients and the unique consultation experience we provide.
In addition to assisting with many business development decisions, Tesla has also acted as our treatment coordinator, handling the complimentary consultation experience directly. She states that, “I can sleep well knowing that each person is given my consistent and undivided attention from the very first phone call, ensuring that from start to finish the patient is heard and comfortable in a sensitive environment.” Tesla loves the amazing team at our office and is confident in saying that we truly enjoy what we do and growing together.
Tesla and her husband joke that they have 27 children, but they really just have five children and a fur baby. They are always on the go, and Tesla enjoys traveling with her family and making memories. Their family loves palm trees and sunshine, watching movies, swimming and watching basketball.
Jaylen
Patient Engagement and Marketing
Jaylen attended UNCG and Old Dominion for degrees in social work and children’s psychology. She joined Feinstein 360 Orthodontics in 2023, bringing with her over four years of experience in orthodontics as well as her knowledge of children’s psychology. Jaylen is patient-oriented and loves forming close relationships with our patients, especially since we will see them often while we transform their smiles.
Jaylen is married to her middle-school sweetheart, with whom she has one daughter. When not in the office, she loves to be outside in her garden or tending to her chickens. Jaylen is also a huge Chick-Fil-A lover and enjoys doing puzzles and visiting the children’s museum in Chesterfield with her daughter.
Summer
Lead Clinical Assistant
Summer graduated from the Chesterfield Technical Center’s dental assistant program in 2003, and later earned her bachelor’s degree in human services in 2014. She joined our team in 2023, and loves being able to focus on her patients and get to know them throughout their treatment. Summer loves building those relationships, treating everyone who visits our office like family and providing individualized care. With more than 20 years of experience, Summer can contribute to many of the techniques we use in our office, and her organizational skills have made our practice even more efficient!
Summer has three fur babies, two pit bulls, Leelu and Brody, and a crazy cat named Rip. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time at the beach and spending time with her family.
